We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders usually ship from Florida within 2 business days; delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Not sure about the height? If the one you chose doesn’t feel right, request an exchange within 30 days of delivery using our height exchange form. We’ll send a different height at no cost. One free exchange per order.
If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused lifts in their original bag can be returned for a refund of the product price. Because the lifts are worn inside shoes, used items can be exchanged for another height but not refunded, except for defects covered by our warranty.
If a lift cracks, splits or loses its shape with normal use within 1 year of purchase, send us a photo and your order number and we’ll replace it free of charge.
Hosmedica heel lifts are comfort products. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have pain or a diagnosed condition, consult your doctor or podiatrist before use. Stop using the lift if it causes discomfort.
