Do I put one in each shoe?

No. Use one lift, in the shoe on the side that feels shorter. The second lift is for another pair of shoes.

Can I trim it?

Yes, the front edge can be trimmed with scissors if it feels long in a small shoe.

Can I use it under my insole?

Yes. If your shoe has a removable insole, place the lift under it for the most comfort.

What if I chose the wrong height?

Fill in our height exchange form within 30 days and we’ll send another height for free.

Do you sell to stores?
